Nike Future Varsity was a 6-month accelerator program designed to support, empower, and enable African-American youth leaders to stand up for the values of equality, diversity, and inclusion in their communities. It included participation from African-American changemakers, such as actress Amandla Stenberg, actor Algee Smith, Minnesota Lynx’s Maya Moore and Atlanta Falcons’ Justin Hardy, featuring educational workshops, athlete interactions, panel discussions, and a speaker series dedicated to enhancing these youth’s long-term goals.
